Renown Christian / southern gospel pianist, singer, songwriter, recording artist Gordon Mote returns to Atmore next week.
In addition to his other claims to fame, Mote is one of the Rev. Kevin Garrett’s good friends. The two are friends from junior high school and were in band and chorus together through school.
Last October, Mote performed at Atmore First Baptist Church, and Garrett has invited him back for a Christmas concert to be held Sunday, December 4, 6 p.m., at First Baptist.
Christmas with Gordon Mote is open to everyone, no admission but a love offering will be received.
A community choir will accompany Mote.
