Elvin Lamar Pugh Mr. Elvin Lamar Pugh, age 87, of Oak Grove, Fla., passed away Monday, June 24, 2024 at his home. He was born in Oak Grove to Joseph Albert Pugh and Willie Enfinger Pugh.
