Sex offender moves, fails to notify authorities
Jamey Lavon Mothershed, 38, a registered sex offender who was supposed to be living in Escambia County, was arrested November 29 by Escambia County Sheriff’s Office personnel after it was discovered that he had moved from the county without filing proper notification.
