Unity in the Community Festival set for July 29
Atmore’s annual Unity in the Community Festival will take place Saturday, July 29, at Grace Fellowship Church. The free community event – jointly sponsored by Grace Fellowship, Concerned Citizens of Atmore and Brewton District Missionary Department – will begin at 11 a.m. (gates will open at 10:30 a.m.) and last until 4 p.m. at the church, located on Highway 31. Alabama Farmers Federation officials confirmed Tuesday that David’s Catfish House of Atmore was selected by a three-member judging panel as the state’s best catfish restaurant.
