Fla. troopers chase trucker into Alabama
Alabama and Florida authorities continued into Wednesday their search for a truck driver who bypassed an Interstate 10 weigh station and led a Florida Highway Patrol officer on a chase that carried into neighboring Baldwin County. Escambia Academy notice
School is CANCELLED for tomorrow, Jan. 17, due to the severe winter weather predicted for tonight and tomorrow. The plans are at this time for school to resume on Thursday, Jan. 18. Escambia County Superintendent of Education released the following: All Escambia County Public Schools (Alabama) will be closed Wednesday, January 17, 2018, due to a severe winter weather advisory.
