An Atmore man escaped with only minor injuries Wednesday (Feb. 21) after he and his car were sent flying off a Santa Rosa County, Fla. bridge and into Escambia Bay about an hour before sunrise. Mississippi authorities lodged adult charges against a 15-year-old Atmore girl who used a social media ruse to lure a Gulfport man to a St. Martin motel room, where he was robbed by two of the adolescent’s adult accomplices.
