Fountain CF inmate fatally stabbed
Locke News Staff Report Alabama Department of Corrections officials confirmed Friday, March 27, that a Fountain Correctional Facility inmate from Monroe County has died as a result of being stabbed by another inmate in a recent altercation. Atmore Fire Department Capt. Daniel Love uses a pike pole to yank sheets of aluminum from the flames of a Nokomis home that was destroyed by a March 27 fire. ‘Limited access’ to courthouses effective April 6
News Staff Report In accordance with its “Emergency Declaration” dated March 17, the Escambia County Courthouse in Brewton and Satellite Office in Atmore will remain closed to the public through April 17.
