Albritton proposing school system overhaul
This week, Alabama Senator Greg Albritton (R-Atmore) plans to file legislation that will overhaul the state’s education system. “After observing the struggles over this past year with the State School bureaucracy system not functioning, it was clear that something needed to change,” Albritton said. Candlelight Memorial Service is Tuesday
Each year, many residents pause in the busyness of the season to remember loved ones who have passed away. Recycling meeting set
The city will hold a town hall meeting Wednesday, December 13, 4 p.m. to discuss future recycling in Atmore.
