Escambia County Middle School’s Enrichment Class read the book Stealing Freedom by Elisa Carbone. The novel study was six weeks long. One of the class projects was to create a quilt that represented the book. The Escambia County Board of Education met Thursday, January 19, at Escambia County Middle School.
