Cub Scouts hold Pinewood Derby
Cub Scout Pack 275 held their 17th annual Pinewood Derby Saturday, January 28, in the First United Methodist Church fellowship hall. Scout Zander Crawford served as emcee of the event. ECMS create quilt from book study
Escambia County Middle School’s Enrichment Class read the book Stealing Freedom by Elisa Carbone. The novel study was six weeks long. One of the class projects was to create a quilt that represented the book. Each student recreated scenes from their favorite parts of the book on blank quilt squares.
