Drug arrests – APD task force member involved in unrelated incidents
An Atmore police detective who witnessed a traffic offense that resulted in a drug arrest here last week was also at the forefront of a concentrated task force that a day earlier had interrupted an apparent drug drop-off at Barnett Crossroads. ‘Daring’ rescue
Poarch Creek Fire Department personnel are credited with possibly saving the lives of two Florida residents who were badly injured when the car in which they were passengers went off a bridge over Interstate 65 and plunged into a deep ravine.
