Meeting canceled

The Atmore City Council meeting scheduled for Monday, October 9, has been canceled due to the Columbus Day holiday.

Blessing postponed

The Blessing of Animals originally scheduled for last Saturday at Trinity Episcopal in Atmore has been postponed until Monday, October 23 at 5 pm. Trinity apologizes for any inconvenience.

Brooks completes certification

Atmore Police Chief Chuck Brooks completed the first 40 hours of the Certified Law Enforcement Executive Program through the University Partnership for Alabama Continuing Education and the Alabama Association of Police Chiefs.
