Canoe Homecoming set
Canoe Homecoming set The Canoe Homecoming will be held on November 17, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., along Lowery Lane in downtown Canoe. Arts and crafts vendors, food, and reenactors and a living history camp will be set up at the Confederate Memorial. Mentoring program gets under way
Special to Atmore News New Horizons began their first Mentoring Sessions this past Saturday at Escambia County High School. New Horizons is a new mentoring program available in Atmore through the Children’s Policy Council that meets monthly with a Mentee class of nearly 20 or more students ages 11-16. Annual Pioneer Day set in Grove Hill
