News Staff Report Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) officials announced that a Milton, Fla. man, injured April 23 in a single-vehicle wreck on Cowpen Creek Road, succumbed to his injuries.Reports by ALEA state troopers show that Stephen K.
