“Little Steps, Big Dreams” – that’s the watchword for A.C. Moore Primary School. The Pre-K students will be joined by kindergarten students in the fall, and ACM will equip these little ones for the next steps as they go to first grade.
Saturday, April 12, school administration and staff hosted a meet and mingle event at the school, welcoming students, parents and kindergarten teachers from Rachel Patterson Elementary who will transfer to ACM.
The group meeting included an overview of the school’s vision, mission and core values. Other topics included Benefits of Being on the A.C. Moore Team, Professional Development Opportunities, Focus on Early Childhood Education and Support, and Partnering and Looking Forward.
Following the group meeting, everyone was invited to take a walking tour of the school and visit several classrooms.
