Nancy Karrick, President of Gamma Omega Chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, attended the organization’s Fall Executive Board Meeting which was held in Montgomery on August 17.
Several items of business were discussed and it was decided to have the American Heart Association as the state project for the next two years.
Officers and committee chairmen gave reports and members present received training on the new state and international websites.
During the opening session, Karrick, who is also a state past president, presented a gift to Donna Butler, the outgoing president.
