One of the new events at Mayfest was Destiny Worship Center’s Love Like Jesus. Church members and volunteers invited all to get a hug and give a hug as they introduced this new project to the community,
Pastor Bernard Bishop and Felicia Bishop along with Jamel Moore were led blindfolded along the path of the other booths throughout Mayfest showing Christ’s love as well. Members were blindfolded at the booth representing the blind love of Christ as Mayfest goers received and gave hugs.
