Lords (and Ladies) of the Ring
Escambia Academy’s football players, coaches, cheerleaders, band and dance team members, and other support personnel received their 2017 AISA Class 2A state championship rings during a March 15 banquet held at Wind Creek. The ring presentations highlighted an evening that also included dinner, video clips from the title game and the season, and recognition of the school’s 2014 state championship team. Maybe if the weather had been better, more people would have attended the reopening of Claude D. Kelley Recreational Area and Little River State Forest – commonly known as Little River. Four sentenced in $4 million casino theft
