The Escambia County Middle and High School Choirs will present a Spring Concert on May 3, and a mass choir event immediately following the concert is also in the works.
The concert will be held in the Escambia County High School Auditorium, at 7 p.m. Admission is $3 for adults, and $1 for students grades 1-12. Children under first grade are admitted free.
The concert will feature a mix of choral and pop music, and will include a full band.
Immediately following the student concert (and many ECHS and ECMS students are choosing to stay and participate), Felicia Bishop and Conrad Weber are hosting the Atmore Community Mass Gospel Choir Event. Students and adults from across the community are joining together for several songs, and everyone is welcome and encouraged to participate.
To participate in the mass choir, join the Facebook group and fill out the registration form (info listed below). The Facebook group contains information about rehearsals, and information is being added regularly to help choir participants prepare for the event.
