Christmas Eve communion at FUMC

Book signing
First National Bank & Trust hosted a book signing for local author Lou Vickery Friday, December 13. Vickery and Coach Sonny Smith recently released Winners’ Edge for Athletes and Coaches. While Smith was unable to attend, Vickery was glad to sign books for all who came.

Spreading holiday cheer
News Staff Report Students at Rachel Patterson Elementary School have been busy creating ornaments for their Christmas trees. Not only have they been decorating, they’ve been involved in a Christmas tree decorating competition. Molly Barnett, the Rachel Patterson Leader in Me Leadership Events Action Team leader, coordinated the project.
