Beverly Phillips Blackwell Beverly Phillips Blackwell, age 71, of Atmore, AL passed away on October 16, 2023.  She was born in Atmore, Ala. to Burl Franklin Phillips, Sr. and Faye Coon Phillips. She was a member of Gravel Hill Primitive Baptist Church.
