School system holds job fair

Sawmill Day and Car Show set
The Alger-Sullivan Historical Society will hold its 28th annual Sawmill Day celebration Saturday, May 6, in Century’s Historic District. The flag raising ceremony is set for 8:30 a.m. The car show, organized by the Bad Boys Car Club, last year exhibited more than 50 vintage and custom cars. Century Health and Rehabilitation Center will hold their second annual Earth Day Celebration Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. This is a community event, and the public is encouraged to attend.
