UB names photo winners
Two Atmore residents placed in United Bank’s Farm and Landscape Photo Competition. Almost 900 photos were received to be judged. Thursday July 27, an awards banquet was held at Steelwood Country Club in Loxley to honor the finalists. Yard of the Month
The Pride of Atmore Committee selected the yard of Chris and Courtney Harrison, 408 S. Main Street, as the August Yard of the Month. The presentation was made Monday, July 31. Legion Auxiliary officers installed

Karrick attends regional conference
Nancy Karrick attended the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International Southeastern Regional Conference in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, from July 16 to July 23.
