Peer Helper Coordinators from Escambia County attended the Jennifer Claire Moore Foundation National Conference for Peer Helpers in February. The Escambia County Children’s Policy Council sponsors Peer Helper programs at each of the area high schools. PHD Realty announces the creation of the 2017 PHD Realty Determination Scholarship.
