Nancy Karrick, left, president of Gamma Omega chapter, and Pat Bonner, long-time member of Gamma Omega, attended the Alabama State Convention of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International in Tuscaloosa, March 3-5, for training and personal and professional development. The organization is a professional honor society for women educators with more than 60,000 members. Established in 17 member countries around the world, the Society defines its mission as promoting professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.
