Patsy Ruth Justice Mrs. Patsy Ruth Justice, age 85, passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at her Flomaton residence. She was born in Alexander City, Ala., was was a resident of Fairfax, Ala. and moved to Flomaton in 1953. She was an educator at many institutions including Flomaton Elementary, Escambia Academy and Jefferson Davis Community College.
