Charlotte Boyle attended the Alabama Silver Haired Legislature meeting October 1-4 in Montgomery. The ASHL writes resolutions rather than “bills.” When resolutions are finalized and approved, they are forwarded to the Governor, the House and Senate for consideration to be made a bill for passage into law.
