The Railway Arts Guild and Pride of Atmore will present “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown” July 27-30 at The Strand Theatre. Evening shows are 7 p.m. with Sunday matinee at 2 p.m.
Directed by Ellen Johnson, “Charlie Brown” is a musical based on the Charles Schultz comics and follows the Peanuts gang as they struggle with homework, play baseball, swoon over crushes, and celebrate friendship. Featured songs include “Happiness,” “Suppertime,” and “My New Philosophy.”
Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased at railwayartsguild.org. There will also be some tickets available at the door, which will open at 6:30 p.m. on show days.
