The following announcement was issued by Leslie Henderson with the Pride of Atmore committee:
“The Pride of Atmore is proud to announce our Grand Opening. The chairs are in place, the paint is dry, the i’s are dotted, and the t’s crossed!
“Come see us for our Grand Opening July 8th, 2 p.m. – 4 p.m., for all ages, 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., 21 or older, at the Strand Theatre and Encore.
“We will have recognition for all the donors that have helped make this possible, live performances by Railway Arts Guild and live music from Southern Approach and much more.”
