Debbie Rowell, owner-broker of Southern Real Estate in Atmore, received the Top Gun Award for outstanding sales performance and achievements in real estate Saturday, February 25 at the annual Women’s Council of Realtors banquet held in Pensacola. This is Rowell’s 15th consecutive year to receive this award.
