The newly formed Atmore Area Youth Choir presented their inaugural concert Monday evening, December 12, in Patterson Chapel at First Baptist Church.
The choir (AAYC) was formed by Conrad Weber, director; Ryan Dean, co-director; and Alex Gartner, artistic and executive director of the Pensacola Children’s Chorus.
Members of AAYC are Madilyn Brooks, Addison Classen, Gabrielle Hawsey, Brooklyn Hursh, Elizabeth Landis, Kys Lee, Grace McGaha, Ava Penner, Shamirica Rankins, Alana Shelly, Braylan Shelly, Breah Shelly, Tamra Stoltzfus, Trinity Thames, Aliyah Torres, Abby Weber, Kadence Worth, Allison Yoder, Ariyana Young.
The choir performed “Better Is One Day,” “Betelehemu,” “Glow,” “My Life Is in Your Hands,” and “Night of Silence.”
