Escambia County High School’s Homecoming will be October 15. The Blue Devils will play the W.S. Neal Eagles at 7 p.m. at Herbert Barnes Stadium.
This year’s theme is “Party Like Back in the Day.”
We have many exciting activities planned for the week. Our students will participate in theme days to celebrate the past including “Decades Day” on Thursday.
We would like to invite all alumni to join us for a special program on Thursday, October 14, for a stroll down memory lane. Each hallway will be decorated with pictures and memories as we take a reminiscent look at ECHS through the decades. Our program will begin at 4 p.m. with a short slideshow and memory walk around the school, followed by an afternoon Alumni Tea for all former graduates and our 2021-2022 Homecoming Court.
Alumni, students and parents are encouraged to join us for our Pep Rally in the football stadium beginning at 5 p.m. on Thursday. Come help us cheer on our team to a Homecoming victory as we “Party Like Back in the Day.”
Our Homecoming Parade will be Friday, October 15, at 2 p.m., beginning at the soccer fields behind the former YMCA. Any class who would like to enter a float should contact us at ECHS at 368-9181 by Friday, October 8 to be added to the line-up.
Again, we are so excited about this year’s Homecoming events, and we hope to make this a community-wide celebration! GO BIG BLUE!
