Jaidan August Peters
Master Jaidan August Peters, age 4, of Walnut Hill, Fla., passed away Saturday, June 5, 2021 in Pensacola, Fla. He was born in Pensacola to Levi and Samantha Macks Peters. Jaidan is dearly loved by his parents, siblings, and all his family and friends. Jaidan made friends effortlessly and was a joy to be around; he always had a smile on his face. Jaidan enjoyed drawing, singing, and listening to music about Jesus. He loved the color purple and going to imaginary school. Jaidan didn’t like to eat a lot, but loved “kid coffee” and toast. He would often help make his own toast with lots of extra butter. Jaidan’s ZeeZee (Grandmother) often had a special drawer with bubble gum just for him. Jaidan enjoyed taking the wagon to feed the pigs and cows whom he named One, Two, and Three. He loved the everyday trips with his Daddy to pick his siblings up from school and always greeted them with his precious smile and a sweet hello. Jaidan’s nickname was “little monkey” because he was always found on his mom’s hip or by her side.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Brenda Lynn Hubbard Peters and his uncle, Chris Henderson.
Jaidan is survived by his parents, Levi and Samantha Peters of Walnut Hill; his grandfather, Erich Peters of Canoe, Ala.; his grandmother, Nancy Peters of Pace, Fla.; his grandparents, Sam and Cheryl Macks of Century, Fla.; his siblings, Levi Jordan Peters, Brylee Ann Peters and Samuel Colton Peters; his aunts and uncles, Austin (Trisha) Macks, Skyler (Elizabeth) Macks, Ericka (Victor) Peters-Quesada, Isaiah Peters, and Caleb Peters, along with many loving family and friends.
Funeral service were held Friday, June 11, 2021 at Noon at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Floyd officiating. Interment followed at Walnut Hill Memorial Gardens in Walnut Hill.
Active pallbearers were Austin Macks, Skyler Macks, Caleb Peters and Isaiah Peters.
Honorary pallbearers were Keith McCann, Robby McCann and Larry McCann.
The family received friends Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.

Grace Narvell McGhee
Mrs. Grace Narvell McGhee, age 87, of Atmore, Ala. passed away Tuesday June 8, 2021. She was born in Union Town, Ala. and raised in the Mobile County area but has resided in the Atmore area most of her life. She was an educator in Escambia County, member of the McCullough Friendship Club and a member of Booneville Baptist Church. Her faith, church and family were the delights of her life. She loved her babies.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert (Gurthey) Dean.
Mrs. McGhee leaves behind her wonderful husband of sixty-nine years, Rev. Ronald McGhee of Booneville, Ala.; two sons, Ron McGhee, Jr. (Tana) and Jim McGhee (Joanne), all of Dothan, Ala.; three daughters, Jackie (Dave) Gaylor of Brewton, Ala.; Rhonda (Richard) Daniels of Huxford, Ala. and Kimberly (Terry) Kelly of Atmore; one sister, LaNell (Richard) Blaine of Georgetown, Ala.; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends
Funeral services were held Friday, June 11, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Booneville Baptist Church with Rev. David Atkinson officiating. Burial followed at Booneville Cemetery.
The family received friends Friday, June 11, 2021 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. at Boone Baptist Church.
Pallbearers were Jason McGhee, Whitney McGhee, Matthew Daniels, Timothy Daniels, Billy Joiner and Scott Robinson.

Janet I. Nall
Mrs. Janet I. Nall, age 77, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in Fairhope, Ala. She was born in Ada, Okla. to the late Burta Christian. She was a Sergeant with the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War Era.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Burta Christian Drake and her step-father, Edward Drake.
Mrs. Nall is survived by her husband of forty-eight years, Robert H. Nall of Fairhope; her son, Robert (Melissa) Hester, Jr. of Dallas, Texas; her brother, Jerald W. Drake of Sulphur, Okla.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family received friends Saturday, June 12, 2021 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home followed by a private family graveside service with Rev. Laura Parker officiating.

Mrs. Bessie Lee Moore, age 66, of Atmore, Ala., passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Mobile, Ala.
