Stanley Otis Stuart Mr. Stanley Otis Stuart, age 68, of Atmore, Ala. passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021. He was born to parents, Holt and Jeanette Stuart, in Atmore. He was a 1970 graduate of Escambia County High School and went on to major in Criminal Justice at Auburn University.
