Mayfest 2019 was cut short due to rain. Mayfest 2020 was cancelled due to COVID-19. But Mayfest 2021 is a go, according to the Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce.
You’re invited to Tom Byrne Park this Saturday, May 1, for a day of arts and crafts, food, entertainment, and kids’ activities (rock-climbing wall, face painting, pony rides, moonwalks, slides, the Williams Station train ride, and more).
The ever-popular Beautiful Baby Contest will be held for babies three months to three years.
The third annual Miss Mayfest Pageant will highlight young ladies ages 4 to 18. There is an overall winner in each age division and a possibility to win in six additional categories per each age division.
For more information, please contact the Chamber at 251.368.3305, director@atmorechamber.com, or visit the Chamber office at 137 North Main Street, Atmore.
