The Mobile and Baldwin County Bar Association presented the Howell T. Heflin Honor and Integrity Award to Justice Lyn Stuart in December.
The annual award recognizes an Alabama judge or attorney who has brought honor and integrity to the legal profession during his/her years of service to the citizens of Mobile and Baldwin counties.
Justice Stuart served as Alabama Assistant Attorney General, Baldwin County Assistant District Attorney, Baldwin County District Judge and Juvenile Court Judge, Circuit Court Judge, Associate Justice on the Alabama Supreme Court, and Chief Justice on the Alabama Supreme Court.
An Atmore native, Justice Stuart resides in Bay Minette.
