It’s homecoming week!

Two area schools are celebrating homecoming this week. It’s a time for classmates to come home and rekindle old friendships and share memories.
Another school holds their reunion on the same day, and classmates across the grades get together.
ECHS
Escambia County High School students have had homecoming activities all week, but Friday is homecoming day. The schedule Friday is as follows:
Alumni Tea – 8:30 a.m.
Pep rally – 10:30 a.m.
Students dismissed – 11:30 a.m.
Parade lineup – 1:15 p.m.
Parade begins – 2 p.m.
Kickoff – 7 p.m.
The homecoming court will be presented at halftime. Members of the court are
* Freshmen – Ciara Crenshaw, Shemera Sinquefield
* Sophomores – Claudaya Crenshaw, Zoe Moorer
* Juniors – Jemeria Gandy, LaAshia Lockett
* Seniors – Tatyana Kirk, Brianca Lee, Taliyah Leslie

Escambia County Training School Class of 1967 is hosting their annual ECTS Golden Eagle Alumni 17th Annual Gathering Friday, October 4, at David’s Catfish House.
The group picture and meet and greet will be at 8:45 a.m. The program will start at 9:30 am., with lunch immediately following (Dutch treat).

Northview High School’s homecoming parade rolls at 1 p.m., Friday. Homecoming festivities will be held at 6 p.m., before kick-off at 7. Members of the homecoming court are
