In the latest grant cycle, Atmore Community Foundation presented a grant award to the Unity in the Community Festival.
The $750 award has been matched by United Bank’s Charitable Foundation and by Community Foundation of South Alabama, bringing the amount to $2,250.
ACF’s presentation was made at the beginning of Unity in the Community festivities Saturday, July 27, at Grace Fellowship.
Taking part in the presentation were Audrey Moon, chairman, Atmore Community Foundation; Ruth Robinson and Glenn Weber, Unity in the Community organizers; Anne Hetzel, representing United Bank; Jena Berson, Community Foundation of South Alabama; Emilee Waters and Foster Kizer, ACF board members.
