Apparently impaired pedestrian could be charged
Atmore Police Chief Chuck Brooks reported Monday, December 3, that a pedestrian, who was apparently under the influence of some intoxicant when he was struck Saturday by a vehicle, could face criminal charges in connection with the incident. These four Escambia Academy Cougars have been selected to play in the AISA All-Star football game Friday, November 30, at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery. They are, from left, Nolan Linam, Patrick McGhee, Jabe Dawe and Kameron Bowen. The Cougars will play on the West All-Star team, and EA head coach Hugh Fountain will be among the coaches.
