ECMS students embrace A-Stem
A-STEM is the new after school enrichment program focusing on science, technology, engineering, math and the arts at Escambia County Middle School. Students are exploring the world around them in the science lab, building model airplanes and rockets, learning the dynamics involved with archery, as well as creating a digital storybook, getting physically fit and receiving math intervention. ECMS currently has 140 students enrolled in the A-STEM program.  
Celebrating 100 days
Kindergarten students in Mrs. Kambi Gohagin, Mrs. Geri Peacock and Mrs. Brooke Drinkard’s classes celebrated the first “100 Days of School,” on February 3rd. Children’s entertainer a hit at ACM
Dre Hilton imparts a positive message to youngsters when he performs at various schools, churches and youth organizations.
