There may have been a record number of folks who came out for Trinity Episcopal Church’s Shrove Tuesday pancake supper, February 28. Y’s first powerlifting event a success
Atmore Area YMCA held its first powerlifting fundraiser on Saturday, February 25. Thirteen individuals competed in several weight classes, with two high school students taking part. The competitors hefted more than five tons of steel during the event, proceeds from which went to help fund various Y programs. Pond workshop set
The Alabama Cooperative Extension System is holding a seminar on recreational pond management later this month.
