KAP names Citizens of the Year

The Atmore Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. selected Atmore City Councilman Jerome Webster Sr., and former Baldwin County School Board Member James Williams as their 2017 Citizens of the Year.

Achievement in every field of human endeavor and giving service to prioritize promoting the welfare of humanity, encouraging our youth to move forward toward excellence in everything they do, accept and deal with life’s challenges with vigor, with the best ability that you have and with the best zeal and skills. These are just some of the things we have seen as special attributes in Mr. Webster and Mr. Williams and are happy to recognize them as our 2017 Citizens of the Year.

The award will be presented on Saturday, February 11, at the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity’s Annual Formal Ball in the John F. Rhodes Civic Center, 301 D’Olive Street, Bay Minette.
