Honoring the ACH Auxiliary

It seemed giving thanks was the theme for the evening as the administration and staff of Atmore Community Hospital hosted their annual ACH Volunteer Banquet for the Pink Ladies and Pink Gentleman who give of their time and who raise money to buy equipment…

Atmore Community Hospital Auxiliary is raffling this beige spring shawl. Tickets ($1) each are available at the hospital gift shop and will be available during the Auxiliary’s bake sale Thursday, March 29, 8 a.m. until noon. Shown displaying the shawl is Auxiliary President Patsy Brown.

ACH Auxiliary presents scholarship

Each year, Atmore Community Hospital Auxiliary presents two scholarships to local students in the medical field. This year, one of the recipients is Jennifer Haskew. Shown at the presentation Wednesday, July 19, are, from left, Linda Ellison, Glenda Lowry, Jennifer Haskew and Marlene Forester. Jennifer works in the ACH ER as she continues her education.

ACH Auxiliary presents scholarship

Each year, Atmore Community Hospital Auxiliary presents two scholarships to local students in the medical field. This year, one of the recipients is Kate Smith, who is studying biomedical engineering specializing in tissue engineering at UAB.
