Valentine’s Day at the SAIL Center
Valentine’s Day was celebrated in a big way at the Atmore SAIL Center last week. PeeWee Powell, Chipper Staff, John Dorriety, and others fried fish and chicken for lunch. David’s Catfish supplied Cole slaw. Mayor Jim Staff provided four tee-shirts – two for the Center’s staff and two for door prizes. SAIL Center names Valentine king and queen
Alice Klopfenstein Wilson and James Wilson, who were married in October, were crowned SAIL Center King and Queen during Tuesday’s Valentine’s Day Banquet at the local senior activity center. The new SAIL Center royalty, who won the titles by one point each, were crowned by last year’s king and queen, Jean and Charles Wilson.
