EA weightlifters break 3 state records
Escambia Academy’s 35-member weightlifting team captured seven individual state championships, including three lifters who broke state records, while seven others were either runners-up or took third place in the AISA Region 3 Weightlifting Championships, held at Pickens Academy this week. EA athletes sign letters of intent
Three Escambia Academy athletes signed letters of intents on National Signing Day, February 1, to participate in collegiate-level athletic programs. Senior athletes Kris Brown, Trae Lee and Drew Parker will step up to the next level. Lee accepted a Division I scholarship offer to play football for Navy (the U.S. Naval Academy).
