Mayfest almost here
Mark your calendar for Mayfest Saturday, May 6. First on the schedule is the Mayfest Walk-Run-Roll 5K at 8 a.m., hosted by Grace Fellowship. Auditions set for radio drama
The Greater Escambia Council for the Arts will simulate a 1940s radio studio, reading from the script, producing their own sound effects. You don’t have to memorize lines and it’s only a two-week commitment. Auditions will be Thursday, April 27 at 7 p.m. Rehearsals will be Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for the following two weeks. Show dates are Friday and Saturday, May 12 and 13.
