City’s trick-or-treat period announced

The city-sanctioned trick-or-treat period for youngsters will be from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 (Halloween night). Motorists who are out during those time parameters that night are cautioned to watch for costumed kids, ages toddler and up., as they move along the city’s streets and sidewalks.
