GECA auditions are Saturday
The Greater Escambia Council for the Arts’ next production is “The Enchanted Bookshop.” Auditions are Saturday, January 14, 2 p.m., at the theater, corner of Trammell and Nashville (Hwy. 31).The play has 23 roles. Auditions are for ages 8 to 18. Each person auditioning will be asked to read a passage. Show dates are March 2-5. Sharon Poulsen is directing.

Chamber Foundation donates to EA
The Chamber Foundation recently donated $500 to the Escambia Academy basketball team and $500 to the EA fishing team. New surgeon joins ACH
Saunders Special to Atmore News Atmore Community Hospital (ACH) announced Monday, January 9, that Marc Saunders, D.O., FACS has joined the hospital as a general surgeon.Dr. Saunders began January 2 and will hold daily clinic at ACH Specialty Care. TU announces Fall Provost’s List
