Thomas Ardis created a cloud of burnt rubber smoke from his rat-rod, ‘Making it Rain,’ as the burnout competition began at Bubba Cruz 5, which was held July 15 and 16 at Lottie Road Kustoms. This year’s event, which drew auto enthusiasts from several states, also featured live music, the annual car show, and even a wedding.

Back 2 School Boost

Volunteers from Grace Fellowship Church and Empowerment Tabernacle prepare to hand out backpacks and school supplies during the July 23 Back 2 School Boost at Escambia County Middle School.
