American Legion Post 90 was the latest to benefit from Wind Creek Atmore’s popular Ticket In Ticket Out (TITO) program. On Dec. 20, WCA Property Manager Tim Ramer presented the local post with a check for $9,549.26 from October TITO donations. The program has been strongly supported by Wind Creek guests since its inception in 2016, providing significant amounts that have been donated to local schools, civic clubs and other groups.
